If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, visit the ‘My Account for Individuals’ page on the Canada Revenue Agency website to retrieve your CRA My Account password. This will direct you to the log-in page. See also 'CRA My Account'If you scroll down, you should be able to see the “CRA login” button. Click on that button and there will be a link under the section where you would usually enter your password that says, ‘Forgot your password?’.

See also 'Registering for your CRA My Account'Click on the link and you will be asked to enter your user name followed by security questions that you chose when you initially created your account. If you answer the question correctly, you will be able to enter and reset a new password. Please note: If you have forgotten your User ID, you will not be able to retrieve or reset your password online. You will need to re-register your CRA My Account in order to access your file. If you already know your CRA My Account password, you can file your taxes online with CloudTax Free. However, if you don’t want to go through the process t0 retrieve your CRA My Account password, CloudTax Pro will be able to file your taxes for you - less work for you!
